Biotrue is a multi-purpose solution from Bausch + Lomb for soft contact lenses, including silicone hydrogel lenses. This 60mL travel pack suits trips away and gym bags.
Product details
- Use: conditioning, cleaning, protein removal, rinsing, disinfection and storage of soft contact lenses.
- How to use: rub each side of the lens for 20 seconds with 3 drops, rinse each side for 5 seconds, then soak for at least 4 hours.
- Contains: hyaluronan as a conditioning agent, with a dual disinfectant system.
- Size: 60mL

Common questions
Can I top up the solution in my lens case?
No. Empty the case, and use fresh solution every time. Topping up old solution has been linked with corneal infection.
Can I rinse my lenses or case with tap water?
No. Tap water is not sterile and can carry Acanthamoeba, a rare organism that can cause a severe corneal infection. Use only the solution your optometrist recommended.
How long does an opened bottle last?
Discard the bottle 90 days after opening, even if solution is left, as the manufacturer directs.
